Buying a Yacht
Finding the right yacht is not simply a matter of reviewing listings. Selling a Yacht

We review the yacht’s condition, technical history, documentation, equipment and upgrades before developing a practical sales strategy. Transaction Support from Offer to Handover
Working with experienced maritime legal professionals, we support the preparation, review and negotiation of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Letters of Intent, addenda, acceptance protocols and other transaction documents. We coordinate the Bill of Sale (BoS), including notarisation, Apostille, consular legalisation and registry approvals where required.
For corporate buyers and sellers, we coordinate Powers of Attorney (PoA), board or shareholder resolutions, certificates of incorporation, incumbency and good standing, company registers and authorised-signatory documents. Before closing, the transaction file is checked so that title, authority, corporate approvals, payment conditions and delivery documents are properly aligned.

Specialist Carrier-Vessel Operations
Depending on the yacht and route, transport may use lift-on/lift-off, float-on/float-off or another engineered loading method. Dimensions, weight, lifting points, cradle requirements and loading plans are reviewed with the carrier and appointed technical teams before shipment.
Preparation, Documentation and Insurance
We coordinate pre-shipment surveys, protection and securing work, port and terminal arrangements, customs and transit documents, export or import procedures and suitable transport insurance. Hull and Machinery cover may respond to physical loss or damage including collision, grounding, machinery damage, fire, flooding and salvage expenses, subject to policy terms. P&I addresses third-party liabilities such as crew claims, personal injury, pollution, collision liability, wreck removal and damage to fixed or floating objects. We examine wording, deductibles, exclusions, cruising warranties and insurer security—not premium alone.
Yacht Transport Insurance
When a yacht is carried aboard a specialist transport vessel, dedicated cover may be required for loading, carriage and discharge. We coordinate the declared transport method, lifting arrangement, cradle plan, condition report and shipping documents with the owner, carrier, surveyor and insurer.
