Secure yacht transactions depend on more than commercial agreement. Every contract, corporate authorisation and registry submission must be prepared consistently and executed in the correct form.
Working with experienced maritime legal professionals, we coordinate the preparation, review and negotiation of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Letters of Intent, contractual addenda and acceptance protocols. We also support the preparation and execution of the Bill of Sale (BoS), including notarisation, Apostille, consular legalisation and registry approval where required.
For corporate buyers and sellers, we coordinate Powers of Attorney (PoA), board and shareholder resolutions, certificates of incorporation, incumbency and good standing, company registers and authorised-signatory documents. Our objective is to ensure that signing authority, corporate capacity, title transfer and closing documentation are complete and consistent.
